Hans is an experienced retired military leader with a strong and proven track record in Leadership Development, training, planning and logistical support. In 2011 Hans established Garcias for Africa, a personal development company specialising in practical and effective leadership programmes for youth and for people working in the agricultural sector.
JOHANN STASSEN

BSc Agric
Johann is an Agricultural Economist and commercial farmer with more than 30 years’ experience in agricultural training and development. Johann spearheaded i3A’s Online Campus.
ALEC EDWARDS
DIRECTOR
MSc Plant Health Ecology
Alec is a Plant Pathologist and PhD researcher at the University of the Free State. He has a passion for sustainable crop production and global food security. Alec has gained valuable field and facilitation experience in the agricultural industry during his postgraduate studies.
COWAN MC LEAN
MANAGING DIRECTOR
MSc Agric Soil Science
Cowan is a Soil Scientist and PhD researcher at the University of the Free State. He has a passion for conserving the environment through precision agriculture with special focus on soil, plant and water relations. Cowan has gained valuable field, consulting and facilitating experience in the agricultural and environmental industry during his postgraduate studies.
